Hi Angelos,
What exactly do you mean by "fixing"?
The files list at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Application:/Geo/SLE_11_SP2/
which I figure is the "official Application:Geo" repository you are referring to does not have Postgis v2.0.1, only v1.5.4
At least that I have found.

In that case, fixing the build for official Application:Geo would be a better solution, since postgis 2.0.1 is already there.
