 FYI - libiconv-2.dll isn't present in the 2.0.1 bin folder for the 64bit
 Windows binary download (postgis-pg92-binaries-2.0.1w64.zip). It is
 present in the 32bit version. For 64bit this causes postgis extension
 creation to fail. I fixed it by copying the postgres libiconv-2.dll from
 bin/postgisgui to bin, but it threw me for a bit.
