I leave that question to strk, but I personally wouldn't bet my money on it.
Would definitely be nice I agree for a micro not to change. Espeically if we
will start caling it an API people can trust.

I promised to have an eye on liblwgeom symbols and finally got around
comparing those:
Difference in exported symbols between 2.0.3 vs 2.1.0~rc2:
73 insertions(+), 32 deletions(-) [full diff attached].
Is there any chance of future liblwgeom 2.1.x remaining backwards compatible
to 2.1.0?
