For generality sack,
topogeometry output may be better.
SET OFtopogeometry GetRelatedLineal( a_source_lineal_topogeom TOPOGEOMETRY,
a_target_puntal_topogeom_name TEXT (or REGCLASS),
a_target_puntal_topogeom_layer_id
INT )
