See other tests under regress/, for example regress/dump.sql
and regress/dumppointes.sql. See regress/README for more info
(The "How to add a regression test", the requirements part seems
outdated)

Documentation is in docbook format. See 'id="ST_DumpPoints"' in
doc/reference_processing.xml
