[postgis-devel] [OT] postgresql raise notice is giving me a major headache

One error appears to be a new TSP error that has suddenly popped up 
since we have not made any changes there for months. I'll look at this 
over the weekend.

I just checked in a change to fix a problem with the notice checking 
which will hopefully clear 3 of the issues on 9.2.
