[postgis-devel] ALTER EXTENSION postgis UPGRADE to '2.1.1'

I was just bitten by this, after upgrading RPM packages from 2.0.4 to
2.1.0. People cannot upgrade their extensions now.

Should I provide postgis-2.0.so file from 2.0 sources?
