[postgis-devel] address standardizer extension

It doesn't?  It automatallically gets built as far as make ? I thought it
did as part of make install as well.  Have to double check my scripts (I may
just read from the extensions folder instead of postgres folder so could be
mistaken on the make install part)

Ok. Please build it as part of "make" though, and only install it as part of
"make install" :)

The extensions/Makefile.in file should be changed to optionally add
address_standardizer to SUBDIRS.

Btw, looking at it, postgis_tiger_geocoder is also missing.
Should it have the same threatment ?
