Hey Regina,
I noticed while installing a stackbuilder postgis yesterday that the
installer still has a form for getting the superuser login info: with CREATE
EXTENSION, do we need that anymore? We only needed it for connecting and
creating 'template_postgis' before, now we don't need to do that. The only
other use is "create a new spatial database", which frankly the installer
shouldn't do anyways. Could drop that screen and make the whole install a
lot more streamline.
