[postgis-devel] Breathing new life into postgis-jdbc

Thanks, I'll attempt to ping Baris and see if he still has sonatype
access.  I think he'll have to login to his sonatype OSSRH account and
request that I and other maintainers are added to the org.postgis
repsitory access list.
