I marked 2 tickets as high
#3085 is about lacking support for reading aggregated twkb. Things will
happen there quite soon I think. Paul is involved in that.

#2034 about mixed input dimensionality in ST_3DClosesPoint. There is so
many discussions spread over many tickets so I have to take some time to
read it to understand what I shall do. If someone knows the right
answer, please tell me and I will do it.

About ST_SimlifyVW I have considered that finished. 

About twkb in general work is in progress. As mentioned Paul is also on
it and we should have stable and good solution in not to long time.
