[postgis-devel] hmm possible exception to Jun 30 freeze

I know I accepted the Jun 30 freeze, but I realized that the TIGER 2015 data
given the census release cycle will probably come out around August (which
should be before we release).  I'd like to package the 2.2 tiger geocoder
loader with that version if it does.

Does anyone have issue with that small little feature freeze exception?
