[postgis-devel] Dan Baston as Committer

Hi All,

I'd like to call for a vote on bringing Dan Baston on as a PostGIS
committer. He's contributed a couple new feature for the last release
(intersects and distance tolerance clustering, for example) and has
done so w/ exemplary nice clean code and complete tests /
documentation included.
