FYI, I've created a "postgis" organization in hub.docker.com.
The idea I have is we create docker images for different setups
we want to test PostGIS against, and use the docker image to
simplify the steps required to test on the build bots.

For sure gitlab-ci supports docker, didnt' check about github.
If you want to be made part of the group, let me know.
