[postgis-devel] PSC Vote Request: I know it's early in 2.3 life cycle, but can we ditch PostgreSQL 9.1 in 2.3?

Super question. Even more reason to ditch it. EOL is coming September 2016. Given our release cycle, chances are 9.1 will be EOl'd before we release 2.3
