Please note that for the ABI tracking the library realname is not 
relevant, only its SONAME is.

liblwgeom.so.3.0.0 is the realname for the library with SONAME 
liblwgeom.so.3 as defined in the dynamic section of the binary. On the 
filesystem liblwgeom.so.3 is a symlink to liblwgeom.so.3.0.0.
