[postgis-devel] A letter to the Postgis Developers and Packagers

I think a great deal depends on how this new library is going to be used. 
If the expectation is that it will supplant use of the postgis/liblwgeom for spatialite, qgis, etc, then we should just re-internalize ours so we’re not installing a system library anymore.
