[postgis-devel] bots activity in IRC

FYI: I've registered a #postgis-activity IRC channel with Freenode
and configured Travis to send messages there. Hadn't found any
trace of IRC notification configuration for winnie or debbie under
the ci/ directory of PostGIS source repo.
