Yes please, it's better if you take care of the HOWTO_RELEASE.
But even better if you first describe it here as I tried to provide
some Makefile rules to also deal with transifex and translations
and was hoping to be able to not fire up a web browser at all.

Today I had to manually add the new .pot (reference_temporal.xml.po)
from the web browser as "make update-tx push-tx"  was not enough.
