[postgis-devel] Vote to call PostGIS 2.3 beta1 next week

Hi Regina,

There are over 20 defects assigned to each of the 2.1.9, 2.2.3, and 2.3.0
milestones, with at least one "blocker" in each.  Would these tickets need
to be resolved before proceeding with a release?
