[postgis-devel] Postgis and Linux Systemd distros

Hi guys

I am trying to enable gdal drivers and outdb rasters on Opensuse (which is
a systemd based distro).

I know how to enable gdal drivers and outdb drivers on non systemd distros,
but not on systemd.

Opensuse does not have postgres 9.5, otherwise I could enable it in
postgresql.conf.

Any help would be appreciated.
