Confirmed, Gogs/Gitea are behind in terms of features.

But my understanding of the motion is that we'd basically be only using it as
a method to access the GIT repository, because tickets will remain in Trac.

So the only features we should be concerned about are:

 - Availability of service (needs to respond to pulls and pushes)
 - Possibility to control accesses (grant/revoke access to committers)
