[postgis-devel] RFC - Orientation checking and forcing functions

I'd like to wrap this up, if possible.

Are the proposed function additions acceptable if I rename them to the
following?

ST_ForcePolygonCW
ST_ForcePolygonCCW
ST_IsPolygonCW
ST_IsPolygonCCW
