[postgis-devel] 2.4.1, 2.3.4, 2.2.6 micro herd release

OK, revised, to push out all the running branches to a micro more-or-less at the same time. They all have more than a handful of patches on them, so it’s not a waste of good numbers :)
I will do the tarball’ing, as indicated before.
