[postgis-devel] PostGIS 2.4.0 RC1 out by 9/12/2017 okay?

I'd like to release PostGIS 2.4.0 RC1 by 9/12/2017

If not by then maybe we can do 9/16/2017 or 9/17/2017.  That would sadly put
our release after PostgreSQL 10 RC1 release, but it's not too much later so
not too bad.

My time is iffy between 9/13 and 9/15 since I'll be tied up with travel and
customer training.


Is 9/12/2017 okay (this weekend would be ideal, but I think that might be
asking too much) with MVT recent discussions not done yet.

Thoughts?
