[postgis-devel] Soft launch: PostGIS 2.2.7, 2.3.7, 2.4.4

I plan to do the official release of PostGIS 2.2.7, 2.3.7, 2.4.4 this
Friday.

I would appreciate if folks and in particular packagers do a test to make
sure all works well.

To PostGIS Devs, from this point till end of release Friday, please don't
make any changes to these branches aside from build/packaging/release notes
fixes.
I have not made tagged branches for these yet and don't plan to until Friday
to give packagers a chance to find issues.
