Hi everyone,

I'm Xuri Gong, undergraduate in Peking University and  my proposal was
selected for GSoC 2018. I will be working on  implementing geospatial data
viewer in pgAdmin4 for PostGIS with Victoria Rautenbach and Frikan Erwee as
my mentors.

I am writing the software design documents during Community Bonding period
and it will be helpful if you could give me any suggestions. Below is the
