[postgis-devel] PostGIS 2.5.0 RC1 coming soon

Hi Regina,

I am planning on adding some performance improvements around the MVT code
and I would rather have those land before the RC.

I just need to add a few extra test since there are a bunch of cases that
aren't currently covered.

Do you mind waiting a few days? It should be ready early next week or
sooner if nothing odd appears.
