[postgis-devel] Budget Time

Hi,

As I understand this year Code Sprint accounted for significant portion of
expenses.

To re-up, would be great if we can get more accommodation for attendees, or
some travel reimbursements. Maybe we can also have something for Sandro and
their dog so a decision to travel is easier. Or the SP-GiST spatiotemporal
guys who are from university and I see attending local/EU events or the
ones with complete travel reimbursement for speakers like pgconf.ru.

I also see that there's "Travel grant program" in budget that I don't
exactly know how I could have applied to last year.
