[postgis-devel] postgis 2.4.3 (and 2.3.6) release?

Paul and Sandro,

 

Did you want to get the fix in for the ST_Transform schema qualification before we do the next release?

I would think that would be the only reason to hold up a release any longer.

I recently reported the issue with postgis version upgrade script, and it's fixed now:

https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/3956

 

Due to this, we are currently unable to upgrade from 2.3.x to 2.4.x.

This is especially problematic to us because pgdg is not planning to make a package of PG10 support version of 2.3.x (https://www.postgresql.org/message-id/20180110152750.GD532%40msg.df7cb.de).

 

Could we consider making a release with this fix?
