[postgis-devel] [SoC]Week 9 Report - Implement Geospatial Data Viewer in pgAdmin4 for PostGIS

 Hi,
I am Xuri Gong. This is my report for week 9(July 9 - 15).

*What did you get done this period?*

   - Fix the bug caused by undefined SRID. [1]
   - Remove background layer when the SRID is not 4326 or 3857. [1]
   - Implement property tabe to show the properties of selected geometry.
   [2]

*What do you plan on doing next week?*

   - Create and execute unit tests in the regression frame for all modules
   to help catch regressions in the code.
   - Check the code style to meet the pgAdmin coding standards. [3]

*Are you blocked on anything?*
No, I am not blocked.
