[postgis-devel] Ready for an RC1

I'm planning to push / close out rest of the tickets slated for 2.5 this
weekend and then do a PostGIS 2.5.0 RC1 tomorrow or Monday.

Everyone okay with the plan.

Next topic, when I do that is everyone okeedokee with me flipping trunk to
3.0.0 milestone?  Or you want to keep RC as trunk for a bit?

That way we can get a head start on our glorious 3.0 years :)
