[postgis-devel] PostgreSQL support matrix does not match reality

According to the wiki [1] PostGIS 2.2 supports only up
to PostgreSQL 9.1, but Dronie [2] shows it actually
supports up to PostgreSQL 9.5.

Similarly 2.3 and 2.4 are confirmed by Dronie [3,4]
to support up to PostgreSQL 10.

Should we update the wiki ?
