I've fixed the upgrade issue so now Dronie is happy.
Bessie, Bessie32, gitlab-ci and Travis are also
all happy.
I suspect Debbie and Winnie are the usual bot-side
misconfiguration (sorry I got lost in clicks so wasn't
able to really find out what the failure was about).

At this point it should be easy to tell if the
raster-split breaks anything new, right ? Is this
enough to retire your veto ?
