[postgis-devel] NEWS file cleanup ?

My head hurts when opening the NEWS file with all those
2.5.0<something> sections. Is there any ongoing work to
merge them all into a single one for the final version ?

Also, can it be we're adding too many details ?
We only want to mention new things since latest 2.4.x
release, possibly, and for sure not bugs introduced
in previous 2.5.0 pre-releases...
