[postgis-devel] [MOTION] Give commit rights to Martin Davis (was: Becoming a committer for PostGIS docs?)

After Paul anoints you – if he hasn't already:

 

First Task – add yourself to the author.svn and author.git files  (technically I think Paul is supposed to do this part – but I don't have the rules in front of me, and not sure if something bad happens if you commit and you are not on the list already)

 

Second Task – add yourself to the developers list - https://postgis.net/docs/manual-dev/postgis_introduction.html#credits_core_present

 

Note I'm still rebuilding a new Debbie, so don't be alarmed if the docs don't build.
