[postgis-devel] Compile error in postgis-3.0.0dev revision 17232

Just updated to svn version 17232 and ran ./configure and make.  Got this
error:

make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/pi/postgis-3.0.0dev/extensions'
---- Making all in @DEPS_SUBDIR@
make[1]: *** @DEPS_SUBDIR@: No such file or directory.  Stop.
GNUmakefile:20: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 1

Anyone else seeing this?
