[postgis-devel] PostGIS 3.0.0 release planned for this weekend

I'm planning to release 3.0.0 this weekend.

 

Let me know if people have issue with that.

 

Looks like the only possibly outstanding issue worth fixing before then is

I haven't tested myself upgrading from 2.3 and will try to do that before
release time.

I suppose we should probably backport the pg constraint change to 2.3 before
next micro release  if we haven't already if we plan to EOL 2.3 in next
micro.

As that would mean lot more people pg_upgrading from 2.3 -> 12 and will be
prevented by this issue.
