[postgis-devel] EMPTY components: send them to GEOS ?

You might have noticed I pushed a commit which enabled
passing collections with EMPTY components to GEOS.

The EMPTY components were previously removed from collections
since 4 years ago (2.2 branch) because GEOS was too fragile
to handle those empties:

Today our build bots found a single crasher with GEOS 3.6.2,
which I fixed alread in the GEOS-3.6 branch:

Are you ok with keeping this door open for worms to come out,
given we're in beta stage ? Or do you prefer keeping that can
closed ?
