[postgis-devel] Function Removal

I agree with all that but it could have advantages:
ST_Translate(geom,x=>10) for a shift to the right,
ST_Translate(geom,y=>10) for a shift up, ST_Scale(z=>10) for vertical
distortion.
  The functions , comments, and documents would all have to be updated and
in sync with 'accepted' names.
