Thanks very much for listening.   That makes much more sense to me.

(as a further minor comment, postgresql and packaging seem kind of real
vs wishlist, so maybe move them to just before website/bots?)

As penance I will try to spin up a 3.1alpha package on netbsd and see
how it goes.
