[postgis-devel] PostGIS 2.3.11 (final 2.3 release) and PostGIS 2.4.9 release planned sometime this week

I'm planning to release the final version of PostGIS 2.3.11 this week
(marking it EOL) and next interim of 2.4.9  after I have cleared up the
tickets and have bots all green.

Let me know if this poses a problem for anyone.
