[postgis-devel] PostGIS Release Planning meeting for Late October 26th - Full Day

I wanted to set up a Jitsi meeting for late October. Mostly to iron out what
remaining issues we have left before we release PostGIS 3.1.0.

Paul said Late October works for him
Darafei said he just needs a set date in advance as there is chaos in his
country so he needs to plan around the chaos.

Haven't heard from others.

It would be nice to have packagers around too maybe not for the full but
just to hangout express concerns and feedback how we can make packaging a
little easier.

Pulling a date out of hat that works best for me, I'm thinking Monday
October 26th. Starting  16 UTC and lasting for about 5 hrs.
