[postgis-devel] PostGIS 3.2.0beta3 is imminent

I'm planning to release PostGIS 3.2.0beta3 in the next couple of hours.
Speak now if you have issues with that or forever hold your peace.

I'm hoping this will be the last beta before we move to RC1.
