[postgis-devel] Drop "master" branch ?

Hey there, how would you feel about dropping the "master"
symbolic reference completely and live with just "main" ?

I'm annoyed by the postgis-commit email not showing changes
because they are found to be "not new" (not in a single branch...)

This case was fixed for GEOS by dropping the "master" alias.
I guess I could fix it by tweaking the commit-mail handler but
it feels more work than just dropping "master" all togheter
