[postgis-devel] Time Poll for PostGIS development meeting for PostGIS 3.2

Based on the initial day votes, it looks like August 20th is the only day
that works for all who expressed interest.

I have setup a new poll for the Time on that date.

If you have an OSGeo ldap account you can log in with that.
If you don't you can still fill in -- but the Name requires at least two
words proper-cased.  
As Darfei pointed out, Darafei is not allowed, but Darafei Komzpa is :)

Also another item that confused people.  The times are reflected in YOUR
timezone, not UTC.  
If you click the  Poll Information link (the small i), it will show the
timezone it thinks you are in.
