[postgis-devel] PostGIS 3.2.0beta2 released

I'm pleased to announce release of PostGIS 3.2.0beta2.
This release fixes bugs and includes a couple new speed improvements and
enhancements since the 3.2.0beta1 release.

Works with PostgreSQL 9.6 - 14.
