[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: Release PostGIS 3.2.0 beta1 In a couple of days October 9th

Vote to release PostGIS 3.2.0beta1 in a couple of days.

I hope by then we will have in place

1) GEOS 3.10.0 release
2) Couple of crashers we have (with window and aggs) ST_AsMVT, ST_FlatGeobuf
resolved.

Then if after a week we have no complaints move to PostGIS 3.2.0rc1 and then
3 days after PostGIS 3.2.0 release.

Please vote and voice any concerns.
