[postgis-devel] Planned release of PostGIS 3.2.0beta1 - This weekend

Now that GEOS 3.10.0 has taken flight, expect PostGIS 3.2.0beta1 to follow
in next couple of days.

Please let me know if you have issues with that.  If no complaints I will
move forward as planned.
