[postgis-devel] PostGIS Bundle 3.3.2 for Windows PostgreSQL 11-15 64-bit Rereleased

I've just rereleased the PostGIS Bundle 3.3.2 for Windows for PostgreSQL
11-15 x64 with a couple of corrections and updates.
You should be able to access from Application StackBuilder within next
couple of hours if you are unable to yet.
Sometimes takes a bit to replicate across the mirrors.

Key changes:

1) Fixed issue with raster2pgsql packaging as ticketed here -
https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/5292
2) Updated pgRouting from 3.4.1 to 3.4.2 (released yesterday)
https://github.com/pgRouting/pgrouting/releases/tag/v3.4.2 

3) There was an issue with the PostgreSQL 13 PostGIS 3.3.2 bundle on
application stackbuilder which made it inaccessible. 
So sorry to those PostgreSQL 13 users affected by this.
